Please include the following information in your correspondence, as it will greatly assist me to prepare a project proposal that will best meet your needs:
- Your name and the name of your company. Please be specific as to who will be licensing the rights to use the illustration and the name of the person legally responsible and qualified to sign any contracts or agreements (agent).
- Your contact information: email, phone, fax, etc.
- Briefly describe your project and expected uses (for print, web, broadcast, etc.).
- Describe the timeline of the project.
Scans of your own sketches, PowerPoint slides, and source and reference images are very helpful; however, to prevent your initial email contact from being delayed by spam filters, please don't send attachments with your first email. Once we've established correspondence, please feel free to send attachments in email communications. For large file transfers of over 2MB, we will set up an FTP site to exchange files, including illustration versions for review.
